MARVEL TALES

I work out of my van, most of the time at the customers house, restoring/detailing auto's . I have over 300,000 miles now, but at 225,000 the motor was vibrating so badly that anyone around had to notice, the fake bumper vibrated so bad left side cracked around last bolt on that side, I checked body/trim fasteners weekly and still lost some. The van is a 97 Astro so rebuilding the motor would require lifting the body off chassis. Needless to say I didn't have a hard time putting off the job. I really wanted to trick it out for advertisement but I didn't have another van, and top shelf mods take time...it had to wait... I decided I had to do something A friend told me about marvel mystery oil as temporary fix and I informed him how bearing wear causing spaces leading to increasing vibration. He said this stuff is crazy and it wouldn't hurt to try it. I still wasn't gonna till he told me the price of the 32oz bottle, less than $4, I decided to try 1oz. w/2.5 gals gas and until I found out more info I didn't add to oil. as soon as I started the van the vibration went away almost completely and stayed away about 300 miles. I read about it online and tried a few Oz's in 4000mile or~1/2 old oil(I change oil when favorites on sale after over 6500 miles). It quieted motor totally till next oil change(2000-3000miles later no MMO). not long after oil change vibration came back totally...needs bearings...although haven't tried gas again yet. anyway after that I added a some to fuel with engine running at customers house with a few x-tra people around. The motor quieted almost soon as I started adding MMO. they were amazed, even people who used MMO were amazed w/effectiveness. now it's been a couple years and over 75,000 miles added without an overhaul yet. I still put some in the fuel whenever I get sick of the vibration and still smooths out for couple hundred miles. I haven't added to oil again for fear that removing sludge deposits in motor rotating assy would result in loss of drivability or failure. -- mattofalltrades

I was introduced to mmo as a new hire at United Airlines in 1955 (no jets yet) we poured a lo of mmo in those big pratt & whitney piston engines. It cut the smoke at engine start a lot. Have used it on my own vehicles since. I owned a 51 chevy with the then new hydraulic valve lifters I was continually having to do a valve job on it because in a short time they would gum up and stick. I started adding mmo at every oil change, no more valve jobs. -- fbouts

I started using Marvel Mystery Oil in a 1929 Ford. I have always changed my own oil and added MMO to each change. Since the 1929 Ford I have owned a 1947 Ford, 1957 Olds, 1961 Ford fairlane, 1961 Chev pickup, 1962 International Travel-All, 1955 MG TD, 1968 Toyota Carolla, 1974 Nissan Sentra, 1977 Honda Accord, 1982 Ford Ranger Pickup, 1994 Chev Silverado, 1995 Nissan Altima, 1999 Ford F250 Pickup, 2004 Hyundai Sonata, and a 2008 Dodge 1500 Pickup. I am 74 years old and that is a lot of MMO. Not one engine failure Jim Milhon La Verne, CA. -- jmilhon

I first learned about MMO from a boating friend almost 20 years ago and began using it in my twin-diesel trawler. Immediately, I noticed that during runup after prolonged idling, smoke was reduced by at least half. But more important, fuel efficiency in terms of miles per gallon increased by a consistent 11 percent. Since then, I have used it in four SUV's I've owned and more recently have begun to use it in all my outdoor power equipment including lawnmowers, trimmer, blower and chain saw. In the meantime I learned commercial fishermen use it in their boats down on the Gulf Coast. Also, I have heard several legendary stories about how MMO helped keep military equipment operating in the South Pacific during WW II and pilot stories about their great experiences of using MMO in their planes. In short, this is a great product and I recommend it to everyone without any reservations whatsoever. Finally, I am very pleased the new owners of the company elected to retain the same distinctive design on the MMO containers. In fact, I have two of the older metal MMO cans on display in my office. I hope to continue using MMO for as long as I have a steering wheel in my hand. And for the sake of everyone else, I hope it's always available to them, too. -- writerfred

I have never seen anthing like this stuff. I was in a bind for a car without alot of cash. Long story short I bought a 98 Bonniville with over 300,000 mi on it. The dealership sold it to me for $223 because they never thought it would crank again! Having some mechanical skills I bought it thinking I could fix its issues. Before I spent the money to have it towed to my friends shop I decided to try MMO. WOW Not only did I get it to start but I have not had to turn a wrench on it yet!! That was a year ago and my $223 car runs as smooth as any new car. About every other month the valves start sticking again, I give it another shot of MMO and within five miles it smoothes out like magic every time. Amazing product guys, I am about to start using it every fullup. -- kachok

A few years ago our Cessna 172 equiped with a 6 cylinder Continental engine was pagued with stuck valves. Not something to take lightly! it was not only scary to loose a cylinder while flying but also a very expensive fix. After several trips to the mechanic and thousands of dollars later another mechanic suggested using a bottle of Marvel Mystery Oil in the fuel with every fill-up. Not only does the airplane perform much better but we haven't had a stuck valve since. Thanks MMO you saved me alot of money and give me the peace of mind that the engine won't quit. I use a whole 32 oz bottle of Marvel Mystery Oil every tank when i fill up my Cadillac Deville i am now getting 5 exta gallons worth of mileage over 30 mpg with my caddy. Marvel Mystery Oil is the greatest thing i have ever used for my caddy, the engine is quiet as a mouse! i have no use to service my caddy at the dealer other than oil changes, filters, inspections or minor things like spark plugs, air filters, minor stuff, heck i use a whole bottle every fill up with supreme gasoline it is an awesome combination in my tanks sometimes at 1/2 tanks i don't make too many trips to the gas station but maybe once a week now, it is like jet fuel now clean, I am saving tons of money on gasoline now. I didn't read the instructions only few ounces per tank i tried this by accident, and i do it on purpose now, this is the truth i put a whole 32 oz bottle in every tank and it makes the caddy run sooooo smooth. Heck i head straight to walmart and buy a few 32 oz bottles whenever i am in walmart, i used to head to walmart to use the gas station with the 3 cent off walmart shopping card, that got me into walmart and buying Marvel Mystery Oil cause i use walmart as one stop shopping for gas and groceries. I have had zer0 problems with using a whole 32 oz bottle especially with a V8 NorthStar engine no mechanic or even the dealer wants to mess with engine work, you gotta keep that thing clean head gasket repair, even cadillac dealer won't mess with it over 100k miles, you will be at junk yard getting a new engine, so it pays to keep the engine running clean fuel with MMO you are way ahead of the game. Noone paid me or instructed me to say these good things about MMO, i think it is 100% more safer than ethanol which destroys your fuel pump, this red liquid magic seems to enhance horsepower and handling and boosts the engine performance by 100%. i am just glad this stuff is available and wanted to share my positive experience with this red magic liquid, Caddy getting close to 30 mpg or more now! Go MMO! -- CADILLAC30MPG

1997 Miata, bought it with 150,000 miles on it. for 2 years the valves were always ticking, constant oil changes helped, but always had a little tick. recently the tick turned to a tap. Thought for sure, time was limited. Adv. Auto told me to try adding 1/2 qt. of MMO. WOW! I swear the motor sounds brand new. I can't believe it. MMO is the first product of any kind, that exceeded my expectations that much. Guaranteed, I will pass this on to everyone I know -- rpm67

In Dec. 2009, during a routine oil change for my wife's '05 PT Cruiser with 4 cylinder and 88K miles, the engine had a constant, mild ticking from the valve train. For that oil change, I substituted one quart of MMO to help improve cold weather starting, as it gets COLD(-25) here in Wisconsin. I always use full synthetic and a high quality filter, and only used MMO in the gas in the past. I was pleased to discover the lack of valve "ticking" when I checked the oil today(Mar. 20). The was no abnormal oil usage and the car had no problems with remote starting, idling or running according to my wife through the cold weather. I'm a believer in MMO for use in the fuel for keeping the fuel system clean, and now know that MMO will help clean the gunk out of the valve train when regular engine oil won't clean it up. We have 5 cars and use MMO in every one! Make MMOa habit for good maintenance and drive on! -- jrgt3000

I have an evinrude e-tec 200 hp outboard motor on my boat, it stop idling so I had to give it a little throttle to get it start in neutral. I had used mmo in my truck and van but never before in my boat.Iput in 10 oz in my boat tank which had about 25 gallons. I then took off the water seperator, poured out some of the gas and put in about 1/2 oz and screwed it back on. I start the motor with just with a little throttle for it to start and it did. I waited for 2 minutes and pull the throttle back to the idle position and it began idle just as i had bought it. -- tony
