I bought MMO in the 16 oz. plastic bottle and NOWHERE on the bottle did it say how much to use!  I actually used about 10 or 11 oz to only 7.5 gallons of gasoline!  Now I am worried that I may have just screwed up???????????????  I have never used MMO b4 but have always heard great things about it so when I ran across it while shopping the other day, I bought it!  smile HOWEVER, I did not know how much to use and as stated previously, there were NO DIRECTIONS on the bottle.  What should I do now?

SHOULD I ADD MORE GAS TO MY TANK? Anyway, I just bought a 1995 Saturn SL1 with 220,000 miles!!!!!!!!!!  Car was taken care of by previous owner and looks good, runs good.  OR at least it was running good until I bought some bad gasoline!  Now it just makes a rattling noise under the hood!  I was hoping the MMO would help that but now I afraid I may have done worse damage ??????????  I did find out by reading here that I should have only used about 2 or 3 ounces to the 7 gallons of gas huh?  PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!!!!!!!

It shouldn’t hurt anything but I would top the tank off anyway. No sense in wasting so much MMO with so little gas. It’ll be fine though. Guys with 2 cycle mowers routinely run there old 2 cycle gas in there 4 cycle engines at the end of the season to keep it from getting stale over the winter. These ratios are as much as 32:1 and run without problem. Your 11 ounces to 7.5 gallons comes out to a ratio of about 87:1. No problem. I’d still top up the tank though.

It is a very confusing back label since it is what is called a booklet label.  The back label opens up and the directions are on the inside.  We doing a running change on the label to make it clearer that you need to open up the back label.

You will not cause any problems to your engine because you overdosed using Marvel Mystery Oil.  I would run through about 1/2 tank of gasoline and then fill-up without adding any Marvel.  After running out this tank, then add Marvel Mystery Oil in the ratio of 4 ounces for every 10 gallons of gasoline.  Do this with every fill-up.
