Hi,
I have about 55 gallons left in my boat for about three years. Before I winterized it I did throw in stabilizer. I took a sample the other day and not only did is smell like paint thinner, it was a heavy green color.  My fiberglass fuel tank holds 165 gals. and I’m running Fresh rebuilt Marine 351W Ford engines. Is there a way I can save the fuel by adding fresh fuel plus a MMO product? How much of it should I add?
Thanks for the help!!!

John

I know of no stabilizer that claims to be good for a 3 year period. Adding stabilizer after it has gone stale will not rejuvenate it. I’d drain it out and use it for parts cleaner or fire starter. I wouldn’t run it in my engines.

I figured that. I was reading something that said mix is with a 5-1 ratio with fresh gas and throw a few bottles of octane booster in there. That’s a gamble.....
Thanks again!
