Bought a push mower, 3hp, ran ok, then last week I added an ounce of MMO to the tank and started it up.  It had always run slow, but its a set speed model so I thought that was normal. Well after about 5 minutes, all of a sudden the engine speed must have doubled and now it cuts like never before, Im a happy camper.

Part 2:  I also have a Honeywell 2000 watt portable generator and the engine has always surged when running, u know up and down and up and down.  So I finally got around to adding MMO to the gas and in about 10 minutes the surging has stopped, I dont know why it stopped the surging, its a Mystery To Me, but I dont care, Im a Happy Camper.  So now when most of my problems in the mechanical realm come up , I will try MMO and be a Happy Camper.  Amen......

Sounds like you had some gum in the carb that the MMO cleaned out. Great. Run MMO all the time. In my small engines, I tend to run it at about double the rate as I do in my automobiles because I want a little more top-end lubrication in the air cooled engines.
