Before storing my drag car, I run MMO through the carb letting it smoke up good until the fuel bowls run out of fuel. ( this is usually about 3-4 minutes ) I want to be sure I am not messing up the spark plugs before the next race. I was told I needed to change plugs everytime I shut the engine down in this manner before the next race............do you have a comment on this???

What you are doing is called fogging an engine, it works well with MMO however you do run the risk of fouling the plugs.  I’ve done it before without issue, however you plan on racing the car, and I am going to assume there is prizes and possibly money involved.  If I were you I would start the engine up, burn the excessive MMO out and then replace the plugs.  Not worth losing a race because of fouled plugs.  JMO
