I have a 1993 Kawasaki 1100 with low compression on one cylinder from what I think is due to sticky rings.  What would be the best way to tackle this problem?  Can I put MMO in the crankcase?  There is not seperate transmission and engine oil, so I think I have a wet clutch, which is pretty standard I think on Japanese bikes.

Thanks

We normally don’t recommend using Marvel Mystery Oil in wet clutches.  Marvel Mystery Oil is such a good friction modifier that it can affect the shifting.  You can add Marvel Mystery Oil to the gas at a rate of 4-ounces for each 10 gallons of gasoline.  You may want to a chat room of other Kawasaki owners to see if they have the same problem and how they solved it.  Maybe some have used Marvel.
